Renewable News
Published quarterly, Renewable News is designed to assist the membership of RFT. The focus is on a state level and includes such information as: market trends, legislative reports, membership news, and upcoming meetings and conference dates.

Discussion Board
The RFT maintains a password-protected discussion board on the RFT web site. This discussion board fosters communication between fellow members (asking questions, sharing information, etc). Another purpose is to have questions answered that come to the central RFT office.

Legislative Alerts

Members are provided information as new bills or language changes are introduced which have the potential to affect the recycling community. Much of this information is available via a password-protected web site available exclusively to members.

RFT Activities

RFT activities are intended to bring together recycling professionals on state and national levels.

RFT Annual Membership Meeting/Conference
The RFT Annual Membership Meeting/Conference is held in the spring/summer of each year.  Emphasis is placed on issues that face Florida as a state and the southeast as a region.  The annual business meeting includes progress reports, election of Board of Directors and general business issues.  The conference also provides networking opportunities for both the public and private sectors.

Issue Forums
Issue Forums are held on an as needed basis, one prior to the legislative session to discuss views on pending legislation, and one typically towards the fall to facilitate the exchange of ideas and technical knowledge related to all forms of recycling.

Committee Meeting/Workshops & Conferences
In order to meet the needs of the membership, committee meetings/workshops and other conferences are scheduled on a periodical basis throughout the year.
